01 / The belief
Tahada Group was founded on a simple belief: businesses can do more than generate profit. Built with discipline, guided by a clear purpose and managed for the long term, they can create opportunities, strengthen people's capabilities and contribute to meaningful human progress.
02 / The beginning
Yofhanza Shultona Rizqi S. founded Tahada with a specific ambition: to build sustainable businesses that solve practical problems, and to use them as the groundwork for a broader social mission. The order matters. A business has to stand on its own before it can reliably support anything else.
03 / Today
That ambition currently takes shape through IOMS and TerasAkademi. One serves industrial operations, the other serves teachers and education. They meet different needs, but they share one direction: to grow responsibly and to contribute to something beyond themselves.
04 / What comes next
As Tahada grows, the intention is to direct part of that progress toward humanitarian initiatives, charitable contributions and fundraising efforts, and toward opportunities for people to strengthen their capabilities and improve their prospects.
05 / An honest standard
This is a long-term commitment to build toward, not a claim that every ambition has already been fulfilled. The approach is simple to state and demanding to keep: grow responsibly, contribute transparently, and let business success increasingly serve a purpose greater than profit alone.
