About
Businesses built to be useful, and to stay useful.
Tahada Group is the public name of PT Tahada Vistara Bersama, an Indonesian company established in 2026 to build and run businesses for the long term.
Tahada works as a holding company. It does not try to do everything at once. It builds a small number of businesses carefully, gives each the room to develop its own product and customers, and holds them to the same standards.
Its current businesses are IOMS, an industrial operations platform, and TerasAkademi, a digital platform for teachers and education. They serve very different people, but each starts from a practical problem that deserves a careful answer.
What we are building toward.
Today
- Running IOMS and TerasAkademi as focused, independent businesses.
- Building each on sound finances and steady, responsible growth.
- Solving practical problems for the industries and educators they serve.
Over time
- Growing the portfolio carefully, one business at a time.
- Creating opportunities for people to build their capabilities and improve their prospects.
- Directing part of business growth toward humanitarian initiatives, charitable contributions and fundraising efforts.
- Reporting every contribution openly, so the commitment can be checked.
A share of growth, set aside for people.
Our intended policy is to direct 10% from each of our businesses toward social impact. For TerasAkademi, the intention is to contribute to charitable organisations. For IOMS, it is to support fundraising efforts and humanitarian assistance.
This is a target we are working toward. It is not a record of past giving. When contributions begin, we intend to publish the period covered, the amounts, the recipients and supporting evidence.
Why Tahada was founded ↗- 01
Useful before large.
We start from problems people deal with every day, and grow only as fast as the work stays good.
- 02
Built to last.
Sound finances and patient decisions come first, so each business can stand on its own for years.
- 03
Growth that gives back.
As the businesses mature, part of what they earn is meant to support people and communities.
